I am new to this site and have yet to read all the subjects posted but due to the beast i'm compelled to type. After having CHs for about 10 yrs annually and only correctly diagnosing it recently I find it comforting to know others understand this pain. It's awesome that so many people from around the world can gather here and share information.  I think this could be exactly what is needed to find a true preventative measure to our pain. After listening to my first doctor I would eat cheese whenever i got hungry between meals. Would I ever like to pummel every doctor for misdiagnosing me and allowing me to go through so much pain without even knowing what it was. Since i have tried everything. Imitrex, Celebrex, Flonase, antibiotics, and on and on, anything the doctors would throw at me.  The past fews years alone i have been experimenting with my diet. Eliminating a few things at a time during a cycle to see what makes it go away the fastest. The quickest result so far has been the removal of all dairy from my diet. Followed closely by sugars. My latest cycle lasted only 14 days. I think this is good considering CH normally become more frequent and often with age. The true test to this I guess will be time. If I keep dairy out of my diet will they be gone for good? If there are others here who wouldn't mind experimenting with their diet, maybe we can set up our own little study. Let me know. I know you hate this pain as much as I do.

Are you talking about the "anti candida" diet? If so, it has been discussed here before and people have tried it, with varying results.

Check out Margi's list of natural resources (Click through to the ouch-website, button on the left; click on cluster help and then cluster resources). Candida is mentioned there.

If you want to know enough to present a little study, check out the archives and collect the candida results in a handy format.
