i started taking magnesium pills last week after reading some info from the links here. the info i got was it could be injected over a period of time or something but i just got the pills. i dont know if i am at the end of my episode they mormally end differently or what but no headaches for 3 or 4 days. no neck pain either. could be false hope and i will probably get my dick nailed to the dirt tonight the jinx rules in my life but so far PF. anyone else tried magnesium with similiar luck or results?

Mopar's trying it as from yesterday. Went to his pharmacist who'd been at a migraine convention and had a Mg- and B group vitamins in a pill designed for migraineurs. I guess it'd be too much to expect something for CH!!! But he's going to try it. Will keep you posted. Good luck and PFDAN firebrix

hey firebrix, day 6 or 7 no pain. i really need to keep a journal. i have had shadows but not much else. i went to gnc's website pretty good info. a lot of info goes full circle between migraine and cluster. the deficiencies so far as vitas and mins are similiar but not exact. i think i am going to pick up some b6 and melatonin and throw it in the mix. worse could happen is i will piss it out. so far though i havent been hit at night like the norm. goodluck to mopar.
