For those of you out there using Lithium and are chronic, do you stay on it year round or are there times that you go off it?

You stay on it year round. A 1-2 week break of no clusters is not worth it to stop the medicine. Just make sure your dr. is following your lithium levels with blood tests. You will be fine.
