Hi, I'm looking into my allergies as possible cause to my headaches. My question is, I have old furniture from the 50's, everytime I sit on it puffs of lint & stuff come out. Is there some kind of material I could cover it with, hopefully something I can buy cheap at the fabric store - I'm on a limited budget. (I'm also trying a allergy diet starting tomorow will let you knwo how it works out). Thanks.

Best idea I can come up with is this: They make allergy covers for pillows and beds. You can buy them at kmart, walmart, etc. I would buy a full size bed cover and put my couch cusions in that and fold the excess cover under because it will be to big. Then buy a couch slip cover of regular material to cover it and trap anything under it. You can get these at Walmart or Kmart also. If your couch is to big you can maybe find a kingsize blanket and throw that over your couch for cover. Good luck and I hope you find something that works for you.
