I say - I THINK - because one never knows with this pain. I started taking regular doses of B12, Magnesium salts, Calcium salts and antioxidents. Had been taking them for 6 months and as usual once again I could feel that pain coming on over 3 days.
I then started on Melatonin, taking 3 mg every night and still took took the other tablets. I certainly had clusters for 5 weeks (instead of 12 weeks). I also only had pain levels of 2 and 3 out of 10, instead of 7 to 10 out of 10. I still had up to 6 attacks a day. Maybe it just happened to be a gentle cycle - however I have never experienced such relief before.or=Blue][/color]

What doses of the B12 & the salts do you take? Did you get these things at a health food store? What's melatonin?

Yes Health food shop. B12 - 1mg per day.(has as much B12 as in a kilo of beef liver ) Cal Fluoride tissue salt .5mcg x 6 tablets (little guys) morning and night. Same with Mag Salts.
