One more question: are masks something we should clean, or dispose of or just keep using indefinetely?

I would say to keep it clean. In such an oxygen rich enviroment germs, mold, fungus snot, etc could grow to unbelievable size. And cut the elastic band off the mask. That's in case you fall asleep while wearing it it will fall away from your face.
