Living with Cluster

Human beings are amazing creatures, capable of overcoming terrible fear and suffering. In order to do this, we have to not count on what may not happen. It might be our turn to go into remission and it does no good to anticipate our next attack. There will come a time when it will be gone, maybe forever. Why not now? For the first time, are getting the upper hand on this syndrome. Focusing on this will help others, and improve our own attitude.
While CH is part of us, it’s not the major factor in our existence. We have to work a little harder to enjoy life but the alternative is to suffer alone which makes CH worse. there are organizations and drugs that in many cases are keeping this thing on the run. We have to be kind to ourselves and concentrating on these aspects makes that easier.
