Hi, fairly new to board. I was just checking this part when I ran across the word "shadows". After reading what they were I about fainted. I seem to get these alot. I also didn't know these CH's went in cycles. I thought I was crazy when I got these because they weren't as bad. I don't feel as bad now. On the down side, it means I'm in between cycle. Thanks for the knowledge.

You can learn lots of new words here! Shadow's just being one of them. Pass it on to your Doc, I always like the look in the eyes of "Wa's 'dat?"

Welcome dydsi.....glad you found us and that you realize that you are not alone. I agree with clusterdome - there is so much to learn here on the board - keep coming back and learn as much as you can.
