just an update.After 5 days,the divalproex seems to have reduced the intensity of HA's.however, frequency and duration are still wacky.     chad ???

Be very careful with ergotamine, which is the main ingredient in cafergot.  I took it the first 3 years of CH, and developed Reynaud's disease, which causes decreased circulation, which only gets worse, and can lead to gangrene.  Good luck, and pfdan
