This is my first posting to the list, but as the CH time of the year is approaching for me I thought this reference very topical.
In Australia a brilliant TV series is showing at the moment (British of course) - Black Books. Last night our heroes were trying to teach a crook/thug how to read. It got too much for the thug (if they don't teach him he will kill them and their mothers!) and he stood up, rubbed his hand over his temple and said "Ooh, I've got a cluster headache, I can't breathe" and walked out.
Not much of a role model, I know, but any publicity has to be good!
