relax our heads. I went without CH for 10 days, with concentration on relaxing my head and deep breathing. Then yesterday, lots of company, noise, lots of waiting on relatives, kids, cooking, serving, clean up, and guess what, ---big CH.!! I find that when the pain starts I involuntarily start holding my breath. It's hard to breathe deeply when it hurts. So don't let it start. Think about your head, and take those deep breaths!

Sorry, barbee, does not work for me. I get along best when I am overstressed and under-slept. As soon as I relax (with or without meditation, deep breathing, mantra's and all) I get hit worse. It works that way for some.
