got the mask yesterday . Tried it for the first time, last night. Ugh...that is the most uncomfortable thing. You'd have to be pretty groggy to wear that on your face all night. And it makes you feel like you are doing very labored breathing. I know I won't be able to wear it and sleep. There must be some other way to contol apnea

I can't imagine what that must be like! It sounds just awful! Is that all the doc's could come up with? On the upside...you probably won't be getting CH's! Good luck!

What was the result of your sleep study? Any relation to apnea and CH?

I've heard some reports potentially linking both CH and apnea. When I had a sleep study I didn't have apnea but was diagnosed with mild narcolepsy (so far non-cataplectic). It makes sense to me that a malfunctioning hypothalamus could cause both CH and sleep disorders. Barbee, I really hope you find relief. CH and/or sleep disorder are brutal.
