I am interested in trying the Reishis since they are platelet aggregation inhibitors. Does anyone know of a national grocery, etc. that carries dehydrated or fresh Reishis? PinkSharkMark, do you know where a person might order dehyrated Reishis from? Thanks for any help. Medlengough

Medle-- I've been taking Reishi supplement for about a month now and they're just packaged in capsules so as to accomodate busy lifestyles. I also got the actual cut mushrooms to make/ingest tea with. Lots of places on the net to pick it up but easier to stop in your local Chinese/herb shop (asian market) and ask for Ling Chi (Ling Chee) as that's the name they'll recognize. You should pay roughly $20 for about 200 grams or so. Reommeded supplement is about 2-5 grams per day. Excellent for all around health and has helped ease my shadows but has done nothing for the actual attacks. Hope that helps, nots
