Has anyone heard of been to the website of reliefzone.com?  I just spent $69 for a product that they are claiming helps relieve cluster headaches?  With a money back guarantee.  Have I just been scammed? ???[color=Pink][/color]

You have only been scammed if they don't give you your money back when you return them.
 
They will do nothing at all for your cluster headaches.
