Hello, I am looking into all sorts of avenues for a little relief, if you can call it that. My husband is the sufferer and I have recently found through my massage course that the above three options have brought relief to some sufferers. As the clients information is confidental I can't call them to find out specifics. However, I wanted to know if anybody has taken Head Q, used an accupuncturist, or received cranial sacral work. If so, has it been constant work or just around the time when the clusters are beginning? I appreciate any input you may have. Thanks Natasha

Hello, I tried acupuncture but I didn't feel any effect, positive or negative. I've done 5 sessions with a lot of needles everywhere. As I'm a chronic sufferer, sessions were of course during a painful period, but nothing. Hopefully in France (where I live), acupuncture is payed back by the "Sécurité Sociale", equivalent of Welfare. (Because 30 euros for a poor student like me, it's quite expensive).

I have tried the cranial sacrial as a series of movements where I had the procedure done 3 times. I also tried acupuncture and nothing brought me any relief. I am a chronic sufferer. Good luck if you try it but don't expect much. It might help migraines or tention ha but not much help for clusters.
