Hi All...just ordered my alternative med (seeds) as I have exhausted all conventional medications. Hopefully they will be here soon. I have and will do more research but certainly will welcome PM's as this is a huge step to take. Detoxing scares the crap out of me and I know, I will not be sharp mentally. I assume I may need to take some time off from work as the meds detox out of my system. Of course, I hope these things go away before they get here but I'm to kick some cluster ass

Giuseppe.... I mentioned (yesterday or the day before) about going to 1200 mg lithium. I know it seems to help you an d I just started the 1200, but how long should it be til I know if its working. I am still getting creamed over here and waiting to see fi it will help
