I have suffered from clusters for 15 years...I have tried various meds. Imitrex worked for awhile, but then stopped. For the cycle I am in right now, I finally found a dr. to prescribe me O2....and it is a life saver. I can usually abort or "suppress" the headache within 15 minutes for a kip 1-7; greater than a kip 8 requires two 15 minute sucks of O2 and a 20mg imitrex blast....the only problem is insurance doesn't cover it...350 bucks.

Insurance doesnt cover the trex or the 02? For $350 you can own your own 02 setup with a few portable tanks and then just pay $20 to refill the huge K tank. Let me know if I can help its pretty simple
