Getting Botox In My Head Today...(Update)

I got this once before in 2004 and it did help with my CH...decreased  my hits.  I am always furrowing my brow, can't help it,  and the neuro suggested I try it again.  So, off I go...wish me luck.....I'll try anything.  Anyone else tried this treatment?

I got it done, no problems.  Doc said he has been doing a lot of HA pts. lately....We shall see if it does anything.  Thanks for the well wishes.....BTW..UN solved....no offense taken....I'm not a runway model...but definitely a MILF....LOL... Wink

It was mentioned to me before in the past, but the neuro's said that it wouldn't benefit me any so they cancelled it. No other neuro or doctor has suggested it as being helpful to me since then either.

Hope you have good luck with it !

Best Wishes

Hey, if it doesn't help the HA's, it should make your skin healthier and look younger !!  Grin  (Hope you don't take that in the wrong way, I have no idea what you look like now. For all I know, you're a drop dead, georgous runway model !!  Wink )

I had several applications of botox over a couple of years time period.  It did nothing for my ch but however it did stop my migraines from occuring.

I have had 3 Botox treatments starting about 7 months ago! The first 2 began working right away! The last one, took longer! I will tell you this, I have been pain free now for about 2 weeks! My last treatment was first of July! During the time of the last treatment, I was on a Pred taper! So it would be difficult for me to say that I am 100% sure it was Botox! I just know the results of the first 2 was Botox!
Good luck!

Alicia, please let us know how your treatment went!
I have a lot of white in my hair...actually,,, my whole head is white lol... anyhow, my last treatment the Neuro
told me about 1/2 way through your hair is PINK! I later learned it was the bleeding  from the shots that turned my hair PINK!
I am sure you did not experience anything like that!! laugh Cool

Geese, sorry to hear your hair turned pink, although it is my favorite color!  The scalp is very vascular....I only got my injections right between my eyes and across my forehead....I do a lot of wincing.....probably from all the pain I'm in........ya think?? Rosy, you sure are right it will like be killing two birds with one stone for sure cause all that wincing does cause lines.....I'll let ya know how it goes.... Smiley
