RC Seeds wearing off

Has anyone else noticed that the effectiveness of the RC seeds is about 4 days?  I have dosed 3 times now and by the 4th or 5th day, I start to get hit again.

I was also wondering is anyone has had success busting an entrenched cycle with RC seeds.  They seem to be working more as a preventative than a buster, for me.  Don't get me wrong, I prefer the seeds to the other meds, but I was hoping for more.

Thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill
by now you have enough experience with the seeds and know what they can do and how your mind responds.

Dont be afraid to experiment a bit. Just dose at the "first signs" of CH if they only last 4 days then try a dose at night on the 3rd day. Adjust your dose a little lower each time just to remind the beast. As you get better control start spreading out the doses.
Its a balancing act in my humble opinion. Keep the door closed.
I went from 2 times a day with smaller doses tapered down to 4 or 5 seeds to every 30-40 days at regular dose size now and no CH in a long time. Used to be hit 8-10 and more times a day.
My experience also found over time lower doses closer together were more beneficial than larger single doses.

Seems many have a different window of effectiveness.

I did break a well set cycle. It wasnt easy but I never had a med work for me before and I had a lot of quality advice. You can prevent while you bust.

I will share what happened to me in my early busting days. It's almost the complete opposite of MJ's experience... but they both worked, LOL. As you can see, this is far from an exact science.

I often found that I would have a few bad days on days 5-10 post dose. I also found that when I waited to see what was going to happen, they were often followed by several REALLY good days. So, for me, bigger doses, farther apart kept working.  Smiley

Good luck, Bill. Whatever you decide.

LOL Nani.  Smiley

There we have it from both extremes.

Once again shows we are all different in most medications. We need more research and hopefully someday a precise dose median can be found to work from.

I dosed on a monthly "preventative" schedule with 11 to 12 seeds every month.

When the cycle began, on the first day I dosed with 25 to 30 seeds, waited the 5 days and dosed again with 25 to 30 seeds.  I had a total...repeat TOTAL of about 4 hits, the first hit, which was before that first big dose, was about a K7.  I had three more hits during that 5 day waiting period before the second dose, none registering more than a K4.
End of cycle - less than 2 weeks.

It BUSTED my cycle completely.

I have not had even a shadow since.  This was the first week in January, and am now back on the monthly maintenance doses.

Everyone is different.  Don't give up.

For it won't be long
Till I'm gonna need
