No headaches since last saturday. Six seeds a week apart. Had a couple shadows this week and red bull wiped them out. Feeling better than I have in a long time. I know that I am new here, but I want to help anyone I can.

Thanks so much. With a heart condition I have to be really careful with meds I take and these things so far seem to be working.

Mind your doctors advice... I had one md that I told I was using hbw and she said she could not keep seeing me if I continued with hbw......... I fired her because the only that helped me under her care I added............ My next md was cool with it and made alot of notes.....Be careful and be well.......... phil h

Sounds promising, cbad. Posting your experience is always helpful to others considering this treatment. I read (almost all) positive testimonies for about 18 months before I jumped in. Reading other's experiences gave me the info and courage I needed. I'm sure glad I did. hugs, nani

I tired the hbw last week. Took 5 seeds, put through a pepper grinder the best I could, soaked in cold water 2-4 hours. I got a ch that the next morning when I woke up. I don't know if I did something wrong or not. If anyone has any feedback for me I would appreciate it. I have since been to the ER and recieved meds. 1st time was toredol - sp?, phenegren, and stadol. 2nd time was imitrex and the 3rd time, last night was toredol, reglan and dilaudid. Yesterday, before going to the ER, I saw a doc that the ER had referred me to for an imitrex prescribtion, he gave me 2 samples of imitrex nasel, 20 mg. and a sample of relpax, all of which I used before going into the ER last night. The 1st imitrex nasel worked, but the 2nd time I took it, it didn't and niether did the relpax. The reason I bring this up is I am wondering if there would be any hope in trying the HBW seed/tea again today. Any info/feedback very much appreciated. littlefoot

First, read this: http://www.clusterbusters.com/faqlsa.htm Narcotics are not only useless for clusters, they are triggers for many of us. It's not unusual to have an increase in activity after busting. Generally, you should see how things are going for a few days after dosing before resorting to triptans. Oxygen, and or energy drinks do not interefere with busting...triptans and narcotics do. Read the link, and detox again... that will give you the best chance.

Hey nani, Thank you for your response. I am starting to feel pretty desparate. I will read to site you told me to go to. I only have this computer for a little while. Do you know if it would hurt anything to try the HBW seeds anyway. Do you know anything about the preparation of them?? I will go to the site you gave me, but am looking for quick answers right now as I said, don't know when the owner of this lap top will be by to pick it up. Thanks again, littlefoot

Littlefoot, I had no success with imitrex in the nasal form. The injections are the ONLY form that helps me. I don't know if you have tried this. For me it makes all the dfference in the world. Good luck.

Today Marks Day 4 of aborting my cycle. After a month from hell, I could no longer take it. I ordered the HBWS. I got them in three days. I just sanded down the outside. I put five seeds in a coffe filter (Wrapped) and smashed them down on my front porch concrete gently. I then heated up a glass of distilled water. I pinched them in with my fingers and they just kind powderized into the water. I let it sit for about 20 minuted and I drank it all down with urgency. . My stomach was completely empty. I kid you not, within 45 minutes a reconstruction within my head started. I could feel the hand on my neck release. I could feel a warmth inside my skull, and it was almost like it just changed. My headache went away. The shadow went away. After about 10 hours of a tranquilizing euphoric (Very pleasant) effect I was headache freeI have had no pain killers. I have had no aspirin. I have had no headaches since. My mind is clear, and I feel like I am human again for the first time in two years. I want to thank everyone from cluster busters and the others (You know who you are) for guiding me through this. This cured me for now, and the experience was one of the most fabulous experiences I have ever had. Thanks cluster busters and thanks cluster headaches.com If this happens again I will know immediately what to do. Cheers!

Congrats!!! Glad to hear success stories like this! I'm doing RC seeds, and I've had great luck with them so far. Not quite ready to declare this cycle "busted", but it's looking pretty promising. Hope I can join the ranks of success stories soon! Wishing you continued PFDAN, and keep on golfing! Adam

Lots of reasons to be cheerful then. Bet there's a lot of anxious episodics coming back to the boards at this time of year, like me. Hope to keep reading the success stories for many years to come....
