OK...we're all adults here.
So...anyone notice that sex is, well, different. Does not feel as good and the climax is not as climatic? 
Seriously. The climax is there but feels different.

I had 2 runs on topamax...it numbed my feelings and sensations .... that would not have been bad , had it worked in any positive manner... I haven't responded well to most rx's for ch's..................phil h

I had additional problems when on Topomax.
I couldn't tell if my member was effected from that or the verapamil.
topomax just mademe really depressed, dumb and confused.

In all seriousness Tom, as a woman who was on dopeymax, I can't remember if I DID have sex. And if I did, I probably didn't remember what to do while doing it.

All other prevents failed for me. I saw a neuro yesterday for the first time and said the only thing I hadn't tried was Topamax, and I don't want to. The Dr agreed with me. FYI

I used topamax for 3 cycles and it worked so well that I don't remember 9 months of my life...So I really can't tell you about the sexual side effects...only about the memory loss...but it sure was a silver bullet for awhile...not so much anymore if fact i think it extended my last cycle....idk

Not sure if you are directing this only to the men, but I am on topamax and have been before this round....I am up to 200mgs. a day and will probably stay here. I don't have any problems with sex or climax. I do however have the short term memory loss. It is worth it for me to lose my memory in exchange for less CH's. I think everyone is different.....It has been my miracle drug so far.
