Rivea Corymbosa Is making a very noticeable difference in the frequency and Kip level of my chronic cluster attacks after going to 40 per dose x 2-3 day. My normal cycle is 3 days; one night clear followed by a day of every 2 hours starting at 10:30am through night, 2nd all day and night, 3rd day clear starts all over again at night. Every third day or night only 1 hit maybe? The reoccurring (chronic over 4 yrs) cycle has for 3 weeks now only gotten me at my old 5-7 PM window with K2-4 very short hits (with O2) and small shadow HA with 2-3 short hits on weekend (I soak them longer on Saturday). I have found 2 hours in shot glass better than long soak for therapy sake (white wine does work better than water, the alcohol I'm sure in the conversion process). The longer soak gives 3 days relief and the short only 2 days relief before return of K6-8 and 6-10 long life zappers per day. No DHE for 3 weeks, I won’t take it till 1-2 bad hits when I know it will continue Anyone interested in helping me on this subject please feel free to PM me! I am considering trying Phalaris aquatica (I'm not scared pain is much worse) and wonder if any one has any results on this? I don’t feel comfortable posting obtusely on the board about this but feel it is going to be the only road that that will help my condition and will peruse it as long as it continues to help keep me away from the doc and drugs that do NOT help and the pain with no gain. O2 rules! Prednisone sucks because it's all that works for me and you can’t live on it! Edit because I had to run for the O2! And finish

Hi Rolo. Perhaps a few here can help. I may not be understanding your dosing regimen correctly, however smaller doses may have a far greater benefit than higher doses if dosing on a frequent basis. "Phalaris aquatica" I mostly wanted to post a warning publicly on this thread regarding the use of DMT. This is a different animal than any known to affect CH and can be hugely pshycedelic in cosmic proportions. DMT carries a lot of risk with it. Its not a chemical to mess with unless one is prepared and into that sort of thing. I have yet to hear of anyone finding CH relief with these chemicals. But thats just me. I am pretty sure its a different makeup than the clusterbuster stuff. Some strong warnings on erowids site http://www.erowid.org/plants/phalaris/phalaris_faq.shtml Perhaps others know more about this stuff.

The DMT molecule turns out to be very similar to psilocybin in structure, but its psychoactive effects are much more intense. Reports of using DMT for clusters are sketchy. I have rumors of one attempt, and that was unsuccessful. And this is one scary psychedelic. Back in the late 60's, synthetic DMT was was available on the street as a synthetic powder which was smoked for a short but very intense trip - too intense for most, and the stuff never caught on as a recreational drug. The hallucinations, it is said, looked real. DMT has made a comeback (among us gringos) as ayahuasca, though natives of South and Central America have been using it for spiritual purposes for centuries. I wouldn't call this a recreational drug, it is used as an entheogen - something you take to meet up with God. Meeting up with God, from the reports I've read, is no tea party. Alice had it easy. I'd stay away from the stuff. Does it work for clusters? Unknown. I've never taken it, and I don't plan to. Oddly enough, we all apparently have tried DMT. It is present naturally in the human brain. Why is unknown, but some scientists speculate it plays a role in dreaming, or perhaps in near-death and out-of-body experiences. My take: stay away from DMT. There are other options. -tommyD

Tommy What is the take on using Morning Glory for CH? I see that it also contains LSA but I haven't seen anyone use it and I cant find much info on Clusterbusters. Cheers, Wayne

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

I'm with Tommy on the DMT, Roland. Stick with the RC seeds, we know they work for many of us without potentially disturbing or dangerous side effects. You'll find that you can go longer between maintenance doses as time goes on. Wayne, morning glory seeds contain LSA, but very few use it for CH. They are so small, it would take quite a few to get a decent dose. I may be mistaken, but I also think they may have potenially nasty side effects because they can't be hulled and the hulls contain something that can make us ill.
