Awe yes .... good ole Solu Medrol to the rescue again. That's right, I was getting HAMMERED, so I talked to my neuro and I went to the ER and got yet another round of Solu Medrol IV (250mg). It stops my attacks everytime for a very short period. ( 2 - maybe 3 days ) It's great for a 'quick fix' ... but, like I stated above, it doesn't last very long. PF Wishes UNsolved

Oh yea! I hear that. Whenever I get lost in severe round of HA I usually go to the hosp. and get a round of solu medrol. It stops them everytime! But, like you say, only for a couple of days, but at least it's a couple of days PF. One time I even stayed in the hosp. and got treatments for a couple of days, but the HA still returned in a couple of days, although not as bad. I think it does help to break the cycle and it absolutly helps with instant relief.
