why did my doctor say 240mg was "too high" dosage for me and gave me 80mg pills when everything I read here people take 240mg pills.
should i double or triple my daily dosage?

Sounds to me like you need to find a new fuckin' doctor.
A lot of the questions you ask here are best directed at your doctor, and it sounds like he sucks. None of us are doctors, thus not qualified to give specific medical advice. You'll notice that almost everyone will say "such and such and so and so, but check with your doctor."
Yes, 80mg sounds like way too little. Most find relief in the 480-720mg range. But check with your doctor - once you fire his ass and replace it.

I spent WAAYYY too much time PM'ing with you, trying to offer you advice on the do's and dont's of posting on a public forum, how to get along with others (a 1st grade lesson, by the way), and how to catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. Within 24 hours of your return, I catch you contradicting yourself on two separate threads and doing all the things I advised you not to do the last time you were here (like asking specific dosage questions about specific meds - things you know only your doctor can answer).
