Cycle changes

My usually reliable 1AM KIP 6-7 CH has changed to 4AM 1-2KIP. Has anyone else experienced this and does it signify anything? End of cycle near? Preventatives wearing off? I have changed my meds to less AMA stuff and more natural alternatives. Thanks, Bill

Sounds like a change for the better to me. Don't look a gift hourse in the mouth... don't dwell on it... just enjoy what little relief you're getting and live between the hits. Every time I try to read to much into my CH it just makes my head run in circles. Not worth the effort. Here's hoping your K1-2 turns into a K0 soon... -Dennis-

Consider yourself lucky to only get one hit per night! Are you taking melatonin? When I'm in cycle and take melatonin, my multiple nightly hits turn into one hit 6-7 hours after I go to sleep, then I just stay awake....

yes this could be and end of cycle, i wish you. Only you can tell- only you know how the beast is working on you! My cycle goes like some sort of a Gaussian curve, with a peak, so i kind of know when it decreases ( always hoping it will not peak indefinitively-to infinity). In my previous cycle, I could skip the first night hit using melatonin (the one happening around two hrs after sleeping). wish PFDAN blue

I've had CH for 14 yrs and it's changed cycle so many times. I've read stories of people becoming PF and I hope that's gonna happen to you, but in my experience, the beast has a mind of it's own. About 7 weeks ago my normally spot on, every 3 weeks for a week cycle started changing, and now I'm getting them everyday, shadows and the beast either first thing in the morning or at 5 pm.
