hey- i'm trying to find out things on my own,but i'm a bit confused-
what is the difference between the rc seeds and the hawaiian woodrose ?
does either one work?
and does anyone recommend where to get them?
i didn't see a place to order them on clusterbusters.com
please,someone help me out here-----

Alternatives work to be sure. That being said, they are not always the first choice abort or prevent. I am reading your frustration, you really need to be patient and study. The rule of thumb for me is alternatives are just that...alternatives. You should exaust traditional medication therapy. Once this is done and you fail to get any of these to work for you ....then move on to alternatives. The reasons for this are obvious. They are illegal, not studied and developed..get my drift. This goes back to when you try alternatives for relief you should really know what is going on with you and the probable results of ingestion.
RC seeds work and so do HBWR. HBWR are not quite as user friendly. They need to be husked, are more cumbersome that RC seeds. The active ingredient is the same LSA. There are multiple resources for procurement.
IamShaman, ethnobotanicals, are just two.
Really I would suggest you backup a few steps and try 02, and traditional meds first. I do not know your history and maybe you have. One thing is clear...you need to do some homework.

thx very much for the response-
i admit-i have not researched the headaches for years-being that i only get them once a year for 3 to 4 weeks ,i generally have dealt with the pain and then forgot about them till next time-
i have tried 3 different "blockers" years ago- dont remember what they were- but all 3 had bad side effects-
i have tried immitrex 3 seperate years with poor results and bad rebound headaches-i won't go on a medication that will give me side effects--
I am more skeptical about doctors and their motives than i am about alternative methods-believe me,i understand where you are coming from- but to me,the medical profession could learn alot,if they would open up their minds to these alternative methods-
people are skeptical about alternative medicine,because the so called medical profession and the goverment has told us for many years that they are either bad for you or they are illegal-I can't fight the government ,but i also can't agree with them-
the fact that so many doctors prescribe things that they know will have side effects and that don't guarantee anything-shows that they really don't know anything and they are just experimenting on us-
ok,thats fine- they need to experiment to find cures- i agree,but to discount all that nature has to give is proposturous- a travesty of justice and just plain evil-
we as people,then are made to look crazy,because we want to use"alternative" methods-
please understand- after 25 years of these wonderful headaches- i have shown more patience than most-
the oxygen,i might try- but i simply will not try a prescribed pill that doesn't guarantee anything-
i believe the key to the future of man-is to go back to the "alternative method"
dont worry- the government will find a way to make a buck-

Oxygen and Red Bull (and other energy drinks that contain caffeine and taurine) are abortives that don't interfere with busting treatments.
Both HBWR and RC seeds contain LSA. HBWR are larger (therefore require less per dose) and have to be peeled. I found peeling very difficult, so RC is my choice. They can be used whole. I get mine from iamshaman.com They are quick. LSA containing seeds are legal to buy, but NOT to ingest. Keep that in mind when ordering.
There are quite a few threads here with busting experiences. Keep reading.
