oxygen has arrived !! but need help please ..

can you give me some advice ?
oxgen guy delivered tank of o2 and left a non-rebreather mask . im so happy !!
however , he didnt tell me how to work it or anything and it all looks a bit scary .
ive read the o2 information on the ouch website , there is loads of it but i dont understand it all .
problems ,
the mask is a bit big , it is open at the bottom of chin and sides of nose . im sure this is no good ?
the sides of it have little holes on tjhem in a circle , is this ok ? cos it feels like the o2 will just go out of those holes ?
also when i breathe out , it fills the bag up , is this ok ?
there are no flap valves on the holes .
im just really confused , i tried it out for a few minutes , and then just felt really sick .
is there someone i can phone up ? i have looked for the helpline number on here as well and i cant find it .
