Just a quick note to let everyone know I've been pain free for the past 1.5 years. I credit this to a strict routine of working out and training for triathlons. My weight has dropped and O2 intake increased, muscle tone is also better. In the past, CHs were always proceeded by some type of injury/strain in my shoulder/neck area that would start a cycle, lasting 2-3 months. This is enough motivation for me to stay fit from now on.

A Triathelon, I'm sure, needs respect and disciplined training. Well done to you. Keep it up. Hope your days of CH are gone forever Mike
