They're back! After a longer than usual break. A great relief to me was the nearly scalding hot water on the wrists, which takes the blood supply away from the head. This was suggested by someone a long time ago and I found it good symptomatic relief if the headache is not totally berserk. Recently discovered that very strong aromatic peppermints are a help in opening up the sinuses. Also helpful if the headache is not at full blast. Good luck to all my fellow clusterers

| Dude, I am so sorry to hear this. Does this mean you are unable to eat mint-chocolate chip ice-cream? Ugh, my heart goes out to you. B$

Think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half the population is stupider than that.

I have been using a Tension Relief Balm that has peppermint in it, and it has been helping me. Find it really helps for the back of the neck pain.
