After taking the two doses of rc seeds last week, which I thought did nothing, last night I went to bed at about 12, woke up 45 min later, with my usual every hour ha. It wasnt too bad, and it went away in like 15 min. I fell back to sleep about 1, and I actually slept until 8 am!!!!
thats 7 hrs!!! I could have slept longer but my kids woke me up. I didnt even have any pain in the morning. nada none. unbelievable!!!
i dont know if it was the seeds, or the detox im going through, or just sheer exaustion(not that exaustion ever mattered in the past), but i just had to tell everyone.
of course im hoping for the same tonight, but that may be more than i could hope for. I have 4 -5 more days until I am completely off meds, then I will try the seeds again after 4 days off the meds, but I am thinkning of taking just a small dose in a couple days, just in case they were the reason I slept so good and felt so well all day.
I will track my progress and post it in case anyone is interested in rc seeds and their effect.
PFDAN to everyone, I so wish everyone who ever sufferd with this shit could have a night like I had, just one good night makes your whole world seem brighter.

they werent too bad though, I guess

Oh well, one night of rest was really nice though.
