Now I wait and see. This cycle started Nov. 06 and went on Verapamil (360ml daily) and Pred. taper. Stopped the hits for awhile then they came back. So started another Pred. taper and they stopped again. I know my cycle is ending but am staying on Verap. until 100% sure. Will discuss with my neuro about weening off the Verap. though. I am lucky that so far I am epesonic(sp) not cronic and my meds are working this time around. My hits are usually around midnight so I don't think o2 will work for me as the hit is in full force at that point. PFDAN to all Barry

You might try the o2 anyway... It helps me almost every time, at least to shorten the hit. Good luck!!!
