Hawaiian Woodrose Question

I purchased Hawaiian Woodrose seeds but in trying to prepare them, found that it was difficult to separate the hull from the "goodie". I was told this was a good idea to prevent stomach upset, etc. Any suggestions?

I grind them to a coarse powder in a coffee grinder, soak for a few hours, then filter the mixture thru a paper coffee filter to get the brownish liquid. Works fine and absolutely no stomach problems on an empty stomach. I usually take 4 or 5 seeds. Hope this helps.
