I'm pretty familiar with the Magnesium/Calcium combo that has helped slow down the Cluster headaches.  What would be the correct B vitamins to take along with them?

Guiseppi has mentioned B2 (100mg/day) - {in conjunction with Magnesium 400 mg/day, Calcium 500 mg/day and Vitamin D 200 I. U./day}

I've also read that Vitamin B complex (50 mg/day) along with B6 (50 mg/day) is good.

We'll be trying Kudzu with the Magnesium/Calcium suppliments and would like to add the B's too.

What to do?
