Portable O-2

Been using 0-2 for a number of years. Have the big tank in my home but need something I can take to work. Used to have the smaller portable tanks but used them up too quickly. Any recommendations on a better system that will last longer?

I prefer the
"D" tanks.
I keep several in my car and they fit under my desk.
If I need to schlep them I can put it in a backpack.

Sorry to hear that you are back in cycle. I use the E-tanks that are good for about 4-5 cycles.

E's are about three feet tall and maybe 8 inches in diameter. Manageable. . D's, dunno! When you said large, I was thinking 5 footers which no one would carry around.

Check with Helen (LeLimey) she was using liquid O2, pretty neat setup. You can use the large resevoir for home, and a smaller re-fillable one for when you need a portable.

I found on eBay a refill valve that will let you refill B ,D, E, and M/6 tanks from the large H tank. This way you can just fill them back up yourself instead of having them filled for you. I am pretty sure the valve on the H tank is a diiferent size than the large M tank so you would have to make sure it fits the tank you have.
I have not tried it, but I am considering giving it a try since I do not have a portable tank right now.
Do a search on eBay for "MEDICAL / AVIATION OXYGEN TANK REFILL, REGULATOR VALVE"
