Just started on the Imitrex ns.. had to use last nite and it seemed to work really well.. 1am... tried in the plugged side and it seemed to work well enough since i was back to laying down in about 20 mins.. wonderful.. waiting for my oxygen to be delivered this morn.. never made it and had to go to work.. hopefully tomarrow i can get it tho i dont think the doc arranged for the right one ... he said something about turning it up to 6? Guess i will see when i get it.. coulda used it tonite .. shortly after dinner.. 8pm.. felt another coming.. tried to tuff it out but needed help finally.. got the imitrex again and tried the op side.. didnt do anything and possibly made it worse.. heavy heavy head now.. dang .. doc didnt want to give me the injects but we might have to try that.. am up to 240 verap 2nd day and pred taper down to 20mg.. tried the melatonin 9mg a couple times slept ok but really groggy the next day.. have to keep trying all the tricks till something clicks i reckon.. glad to have all the great ideas posted.. thanks all..

Melatonin will make you groggy, but it's preferable to the wake up calls from the beast. A cup or two of good strong coffee, or a red bull in the morning clears that away well.
