Ok.. so anyone else out there on Pred having issues with bloating/gas???? I feel like the Pilsbury dough girl lol.. wondering if taking Gas X will help or do anything to the CH's ... help or hurt? any experiences with this i will be glad to read about.. jokes are welcome too of course  laugh

Toast some bread until it's all but burned and eat it dry.  The carbon factor can be very effective.  Also consider the occasional handful of parsely.

Try keeping yourself well irrigated.  Lots of water and/or non-carbonated beverages or juice.  Stay away from orange/grapefruit the acid content is too high and could upset you stomach while on Pred.    
 
If that fails see if you local gas compay will agree to buy the excess from you or at least apply credits to this winters bill.  Grin

Thanks all for the suggestions.. the gas x worked great ... feels way better  Tongue  ... always well irrigated.. feelin a lil camel like .. can hear the sloshin as i walk lol.. will ask for a credit on my bill soon Shocked)

Thanks, should note this on my cluster ganglion lump thread : Please do not mistaken the lump for the hump and vice versa ... Applying ice to the wrong lump/hump may give undesirable effect .
