The importance of hydraytion can't be stressed enough. I had to prep for some medical testing and water and fluids were held back for over 12 hours, I can't begin to describe the hell I experienced because of lack of fluid. The head pain was almost constant. No pain killers of any kind can be used when under going the tests . I had a bottle of water waiting for me in my car as soon as I was done at the center. It took awhile but the pains calmed down and I went back into the circle I usually experience for the most part. Water, water, water. Helps allot.

Sophia, You are so right, remembering to take on enough water every day is really important, I like it ice cold but any is better than none, I am never without my water supply I even have a little refrigerator in the back of the car for it, and I constantly drink and drive!! (Water only) The only downside is of course is what goes in has to come out, nuisance at time, Ha Ha!!! Cheers Roy
