A very different cycle with busting

I am going to copy and paste this on the medication board too.

As y'all know I started my cycle 3 weeks ago. I have dosed four times with Baby woodrose seeds and once with the chocolate shroom. What a difference. The seeds and shroom got rid of the headaches and hits. I did have one very bad day with the migraine where even though I got rid of the pain I was very off and could hardly walk. I thought oh shit ER time but the next day was better. I find after I dose I feel a little off with shadows the next day which I treat with red bull. Someone told me the meds excite the pain receptors which seems to be true in my case. I have had constant swelling in my nostril and pain in my ear and down my jaw but very tolerable compared to the past. And this week which is number 4 I am PF and functionning very well. I still have the ear thing going on but this is a very different cycle and much improved for the first time in 22 years. I can't say it is over yet . I am waiting the 8 weeks to review. I only had 2 CH hits on a minor scale of a Kip 2-3, shadows and a lot of migraine for which I am chronic but even the migraines are much improved. Same effect with the DHE so far and I would rather bust . Thank God no steroids this trip.

I am almost scared to post this as I am afraid I will jinx myself lol but busting has really made a difference in my life.

Clusterbuster treatment seems to work the same way for me.  For the first few days after I normally get increased activity, but then greatly decreased frequency and severity.  I havent been able to 'bust' a cycle, but going down to 2 clusters a day at a max of kip 6, thats a big WIN in my book.

Amazing how that stuff works. Tongue Glad your doing better.
Someday well have a legal treatment from them. I hope for the day when a pill form of this treatment with no side effects is available from the doc. I believe it is only a matter of time.

I also have been using the HBRW seeds, twice a week. Last year at this time I was going through a very bad cycle. This year it has been much milder. I tried going down to once a week, just to see if they were the reason I was better and I got hit with a couple of 6-7's. Went back to twice a week and only get 2-3's. Also am saving lots of cash on the reduced expense of the trex.

Funny how folks respond a little differently.......I'll have mild hits the following day of dosing then completely painfree for up to fours day after. After that is when they start to ramp up again.

I know just how you feel.

Tried to go for the whole abort the cycle with alternatives, dosing a couple of times before the clusters came.

That didn't work.  But after a couple of doses in cycle I'm well ahead - and totally pain free since last Thursday.  Second was a bit larger/stronger and that seems to have made a big difference.

They'll probably come back again this cycle - you can't things forgranted, but last year only took two doses to clear things in a couple of weeks.  Pre alternatives that would have been about ten/eleven weeks.

Hey Ricky -  I'm so glad to hear that you are doing better this cycle than usual.  Hopefully, your "routine" will also shorten the cycle.  You say you are in week 4, how long did your cycles last before?

PF wishes, Hon.

My cycles last typically 8-12 weeks. I had a seven week cycle this time. My hits were low level. This is the first time I never had a 6-10 but the migraines were hell as usual. A hit with a complicated migraine is no fun. Busting did nothing for my migraines. Strange Huh? I had to go back to 3 days of DHE but got relief and am PF for day two now and feeling normal. No waxing of the cycle. No waning. Finally gone.

Thank you for the update, Ricky.  I'm happy to hear it's gone for now.  Sounds as if the treatment had some good effects.
PF wishes to you.
