nasal sprays like nasonex help?

i use nasonex for nasal congestion due to possible allergies, not sure, anyway, sometimes i find that after spraying it, if i am having a cluster or even shadow, sometimes the pain gets better, has anyone gotten any relief from sprays like nasonex? this is a steroid spray right? thanks for any info

I've had sinus infections and congestion that triggered CHs. My guess is that if you find it's helping, it's because it keeps the swelling down and you're not being triggered by it. My two cents, anyway.

I have controlled my CH for some months with the use of flonase, a steroid nasal spray. Everyone (docs) including me is amazed.
