Has anyone ever tried one? I am new to CH and TN but I truly think this may help. I am not having much luck finding a local place but I will keep searching. I have always wanted to try it out. One recount said it was like rebooting the brain and calmed his nerves. cut and paste below Apart from being the ultimate "stress buster", floating has been shown to alleviate asthma, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, gastro-intestinal and cardio-vascular disorders. Tension related problems such as migraine, back-ache and insomnia helped enormousely Ok start the altered states jokes.

| PaulC - Is this supposed to be a positive contribution? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Fraalan are you refering to "floatation tanks" I tried this once for the experience. It was very pleasant and the 2 hours passed by in a flash. Absolutely no light, and no sound, no feeling, just your breathing and heartbeat filling your conciousness. I felt great and very relaxed afterwards. All the muscles and joints totally relax as you lay back with the salt water holding you almost like being in zero gravity. Also all the dead skin cells come off and the skin feels great after it. It was a bit expensive for my pocket though to do regularly. Try it - it was fun. Don't know if it will help the CH much though. John
