2nd cycle since Clusterville - min. pain!!

I just had to say Thank You again to everyone at Clusterheads.com for support and advice!
I'm on my second cycle now since Aug. last year - when I found this site.... and after 15+ yrs of excruciating (sp?) pain... now only suffering minimal (in comparison) shadowing.
The answer to my pain???
Get on to the Verapamil at the very very very first sign of pain.
I've always had weeks leading up to a cycle knowing that the beast was coming.... and in the past this meant absolute panic and the inevitable wait for the neuro appointment!!! (which often didn't happen til near end of cycle)
Now I just go to my doctor and get the script for 02 (in case) and get started on the Verapamil.
I woke the other morning having had a dream - was getting hit and went to the clusterhead clinic (yeah right  ) who had me alternating between sucking back the 02 and then moving rocks! Big rocks boulders... you know the drill keep moving, busy busy restless exertion ..
Anyway what a relief to find it was just a dream - well shadowed all day long - but no mind bending hits!
Thank you all so much.... and if there is one thing I can pass on to those who continue to suffer (episodic) and have not tried Verapamil....
Give it a go and get onto it as early as you can.
