I was reading in another post involving depakote and the poster was commenting about liver blood counts being dangerously high, etc. I currently use Trex , O2, and topomax. Should I be having certain things monitored being on these drugs or am I cool? Thanks

Whether you think you can or think you can't,....... you're probably right.

Hello, I thought by now some of the older members would have replied by now. I only took the topamax for about a week and my doc never told me to have any blood work done, but it couldn't hurt, maybe your wallet. I am on depakote now and my doc said to come back in 2 weeks. Didn't say for blood work, but we'll see. Needles don't scare me, or I wouldn't be able to do the trex. Call your doc and remind him you are the one making his boat payment! Carl
