rebound effect?

if you take different triptans, like maxalt one day and then the next day zomig, and 2 days later relpax, would you still be at risk for getting rebound headaches? or is that only if you keep taking the same one all the time, and when you take these triptans daily or every 2 days, do you think they lose their effect? thanks for any input,

My DH has been taking sumatriptan daily for the last 4 weeks and they have not stopped working ..... yet .

Radha, hi I don't know much about taking the various different meds you mention, but I do believe that some Dr are begining to suspect that some of the triptans may cause rebound headache in some cases. What they base this on I don't know. Don't suppose this is much help to you but I will be thinking of you, here wishing you PFDAN--------------------------Cheers ROY Cheesy
