Hi there all, Just wanted to post about my experience, my friend is a massage therapist and researched our disease. She massaged my right side of my head and neck and get this, She also massaged my right eye. it felt amazing and I am going back next week. MASSAGED MY EYEBALL !! It felt like pressure was released from my skull instantly. Just wanted to let you all know, I am still in cycle of course but was actually able to relax and it felt great. pfdan All my best to all, Summer

I always have my wife massage my temples, jaw, head and neck during attacks. I think it often keeps it from going to KIP10. If I'm already there or close to it, massage (like everything) seems to make it even worse. We've tried professional full body massage several times in the past year - what an amazing treat! I'd recommend it to everyone in cycle or not. Take care, Rich
