O2 as a preventative?

If you always get hit at specific times of the day - has anyone tried breathing their o2 BEFORE the pain starts? I had this thought about 3am while wondering if I was going to get hit again this morning when I woke up. (shhhhhh...... don't tell...... but I didn't get one this morning...... wish I knew why so I could do it all the time!)

Mine have never been that predictable as to the exact start time. I will say that if I jump on the 02 as soon as I get the "oh shit here it comes feeling" I can often times keep it from getting past a 3 or a 4. Good luck. Guiseppi
