Question on Clustermasx

This might be a stupid question so please forgive me but I wanted to clarfiy something. I have a clustermasx and I have oxygen flowing at 15 lpm. The bag is full and I can breathe in oxygen, but I can't breathe out into the mask. Is that the whole point of the non-rebreather mask? I can only breathe out if I take the mask off. Is that the way it is supposed to work? Dan

you may have your mask on the wrong side of the mount. Try taknig the mask off and attach it to the other side of the 1/2"-5/8" (estimated) breathing apparatus and see if that allows in and out. You should inhale and your bag deflates, and exhale freely which opens up a flapper valve in the breathing apparatus and the bag refills while you exhale. Should be nice and easy. scott
