I have been using 3 small green portable tanks for the last few years. It is really a pain to keep getting them filled. Do most of you use the taller, larger tanks? I think it is time for me to upgrade. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am in northern NJ, not far from NYC. Thanks. Dan

I have used an "M" size for the last few years. My supplier calls it an M-60, and during this last episode, I got 10-12 uses out of a tank using a clustermasx. The tank and the apparatus that holds it is fairly big, but I don't need to move it around much.

| What kind of supplier are you talking about? Medical supply? I am not sure who to contact. The supply place I get the small tanks from do not handle the larger tanks.

I use a medical supply company that supplies all kinds of equipment and O2 tanks. They will even deliver if need be. I'm sure you must have a source in your neck of the woods. Ask your health provider to recommend, or check your yellow pages. But make sure they have regulators that go up to 15 LPM. Mine didn't, and I purchased my own wonderful reg from Mr. Happy.

My insurance co. uses Apria Healthcare. They furnish me whatever tanks I ask for. I keep an "H" tank at home...and have 3 "E" tanks I use for when I go to the lakehouse. You don't mention that you have insurance or not...but if you do, then check with your insurance co, and see which suppliers are approved. I can't imagine a supplier that only stocks the small tanks.
