| Is Dr. Greene there too? I know he is well versed. Regardless, go prepared with the proper info and do not take NO when demanding Oxygen. You have been given plenty of resources to read and to be come acquainted with. Make sure your doc knows her stuff! Good luck! E

Thanks, I found the same info. Of course I don't have that insurance, but at this point do I care? Maybe she knows how to kill the beast!

My husband saw Dr. Mark Green at that headache center. Found that Dr. Green is very familiar with cluster headaches, he suggested O2 and Imitrex injections and we did not have to ask him from prescriptions, it is easy with him. I recommend him. Do not know of the female docs there.

The Headache Institute at St. Luke's/Roosevelt is good. Any Neuro I have ever talked to knows and respects the doctors there. I have to say though, the protocol is about the same with any doctor who is a specialist in headaches.
