Not for shadows. Attempt it prior to sleep @ night. I prefer melatonin though

it does seem to help me sleep for 5 hours or so dont work for shadows i recomend giving it a try

I tried the dramamine, but it didn't work for me. I had great success with Melatonin. We're all different, so just because it didn't work for some doesn't mean it won't work for you. For shadows, you might try some hot tea. The tea gets rid of my shadows in just a few minutes. Excedrin Migraine has worked for my shadows when it wasn't convenient to make the tea. Good luck....
