O2 research quetion

In the UK, high-flow oxygen therapy is not well-known or accepted by the docs and neuros. There is talk of conducting clinical trials there to show the efficacy of O2. But I seem to remember hearing that Dr. Kudrow showed the efficacy of O2 a long time ago. I’m not real good at looking this kind of thing up...does anyonwe have research cites on O2, any kind of official confirmation it works? -tommyD
